Error During the Ordering Process: “Check your product”

What should I do when my order gets stuck during the “Check your product” stage?

So close to the finish: you’ve created your personalised photo product and would like to order it. You reach the page during the ordering process “Check your product.” However, you can’t move on to the next step because the “OK” button is grey and you can’t click on it.

First start out by checking the option “Continue Anyway.” You won’t be able to go further in the ordering process by using your mouse, so simply press the tab key followed by the space bar. Now the “OK” button should be highlighted in blue and when you move your mouse over it, it should appear orange. You can finish the ordering process.

Permanent solution:

A screen resolution of at least 1366x768 pixels is required for the correct display of the ifolor Designer. If using a smaller resolution, some areas of the ifolor Designer won’t be displayed correctly.

Additionally, the display of text fields in the product selection and in the order window depend on the Windows setting “Make it easier to read what’s on your screen” as well as “Change the size of all items.” It can occur that these settings can prevent the correct display of the ifolor Designer and not all elements within the window will be displayed.

Here’s how to fix the problem:

Save all your work on your PC and close all open programs. Then you should check the following display settings in Windows.

You can find these under:
Start → Control Panel → (Appearance and Themes) → Display

or you can change these settings in the context menu, which you can bring up by right clicking on your desktop:

In Windows 10, continue as follows:

Move the sliding bar under “Change the size of text, apps, and other items” to 100%. This follows the recommended settings for using the ifolor Designer.

By clicking on “Advanced display settings”, you’ll be able to change your computer’s resolution settings.

Here, too, you should change your settings as recommended above.

In Windows 7, continue as follows:

Start out by clicking on Start and typing in “Display” and you’ll find the settings for “Make it easier to read what’s on your screen.” Here, the default setting should be selected. If the default setting isn’t currently selected, click on it and confirm this with the “Apply” button.

After applying your settings, you’ll be prompted to login with your user account. It may also be necessary to restart your PC. Now, however, all text fields in the ifolor Designer should be discernable.
