ifolor: certified top quality - We were the first European photo-printing lab to achieve certification. We check every single step in our processes so that we can provide you with the quality that you are used to receiving from ifolor. We don’t send products home to you until we are satisfied that they are of the very highest quality.

Swiss Climate CO₂ Neutral
We have been receiving this certificate - on the basis of the international standard ISO 14064 - since 2012 for our commitment to striving for the continuous improvement of greenhouse gas levels within the meaning of Swiss Climate. As we are aware of our responsibility for a healthy environment, we place value in the conscious and sustainable use of natural resources in day to day business operations. Reduction in CO2 emissions
The long-term strategic target ifolor set itself based on the year 2011 to reduce CO2 emissions by 50% by 2020 was already achieved in 2016. Various measures have led to halving the emissions. These include the continuously improved waste concept and 100% power supply from Swiss hydropower. Sustainability is an integrated corporate philosophy that entails in-house resource savings as well as investments in Swiss Climate projects, such as “forest protection in Zimbabwe” and “kettles in India”.
Emissions from
waste
Emissions in waste have dropped by 32% since 2011. This does not primarily result from a reduction in waste but by increasing the recycling rate from 8% in 2011 to 59% in 2017.
Emissions from
heating
Ifolor AG has been able to reduce its emissions from heating by +11% since the base year 2011. Lowering the heating’s flow temperature by 5°C appears to have a major impact here.
Emissions from
commuting
The emissions from commuting have dropped by -33% since 2011. Compared to last year the emissions have decreased by -25% because the staff at the new location in Zurich almost exclusively use public transport.
Emissions from
electricity
ifolor has been purchasing its power 100% from Swiss hydropower for five years, which has led to a huge decrease in emissions.
