  • The voucher code can be entered and redeemed after choosing the payment method.
  • Each voucher code can only be used once.
  • Multiple voucher codes can be used per order.
  • The validity period is indicated on each gift voucher.
  • If the value of your voucher is higher than the total order amount, the remaining credit will be credited to your customer account. The remaining credit will automatically be deducted from a subsequent order, but we cannot show this deduction on the order confirmation.
  • If the value of the gift voucher is not sufficient to cover the order value, you can use one of the other payment methods we offer to settle the difference.
  • Gift vouchers can only be redeemed online. It is not possible to redeem a voucher by telephone, letter, or e-mail.
  • Vouchers or voucher credit cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent. The gift voucher is transferable. For the redemption of gift vouchers, our General Terms and Conditions and data protection provisions also apply.
