“Everything’s new but the same”
Welcome to our new website, now with new design and optimised for mobile devices. On this page we give you a brief summary of our new online appearance.
We hope you find your way around quickly – the important navigation elements are where they always were. So “everything’s new but the same.”
Main navigation
The most important at the top: these are still the direct access to photo products as well as the service menu where you can reach, among others, customer service, our “inspire” blog, your personal login area, switch between languages and the shopping basket.
Footer
In the footer at the end of the page you can find links to other pages, e.g. “How it works” or “About us”. Some of these pages are also linked in the main navigation, for the sake of completeness, but can also be accessed through the footer. You can also find direct contact by phone and email to our customer service here.
All the information in the summary
You always find all the information regarding a specific photo product, for example photo book Deluxe, at the beginning of the page.
Select product attributes
After clicking “Create online” you proceed to attribute selection. There, you can configure your photo product instantly, i.e. with photo book Deluxe you can set the format and orientation.
Select design template
In the next step you can select the design template, now also called “Design”.

Filter design templates
Our tip: using the design filters, e.g. for a specific occasion, you can find the design template you want quicker, for example with the folded greeting card, classic.
Design preview
Click the design you want for a larger view. You can also find a summary of the photo product’s properties here.
With one last click on “Create now” you proceed to the editing screen and photo upload.
Customer service
Do you want to reach our customer service? You can still find this option at the top of our website under the menu item “Service”.
Order tracking
You can also find order tracking in the same place as before, namely at the bottom of the page.
Website optimised for smartphone + tablet
You might have already noticed one of the most important new features, you definitely will if you visit our website on your smartphone or tablet: from now on our website adapts to your screen, regardless of big it is.
From a certain screen size (e.g. smartphones) the navigation is displayed more compactly to make it easier to use. We show you this menu here.
Mobile menu
Our website’s mobile menu can be found under the three horizontal lines in the top left-hand page margin. Click this to open the menu where you can select photo products, access the service menu and open our “inspire” blog.
Service menu
As usual you can find the customer service under “Service”, even if you are using our website on a mobile device.
Software, apps, documents
You can find all ifolor Designer for Windows and Mac, all the ifolor mobile apps for smartphone and tablet and PDF documents to download centrally in the download centre.
Automatically for your device
Practical: the software or app that goes with your computer or mobile device is always displayed at the top.
