Whether its marketing, software development or production: the lines of work at ifolor are as diverse as its range of products! Marketing, development and production work closely together to offer our customers unique and personalised photo products. We’re constantly on the lookout for dedicated employees to support our Swiss family-run company with their expertise.
Who are we?
ifolor. Photos forever. As a family-run company, we have lived and breathed photography since 1961. We maintain a long tradition of sustainable, on-site product development and production to Swiss quality standards. The secret behind our high customer satisfaction rates: a source of inspiration, simple selection and design tools, well-made products, reliability and straightforward goodwill in the unlikely event of things going wrong. These things are essential to us, the photography experts.
What does ifolor do?
ifolor enriches your life with innovative products and services. We turn your photos into stories and memories you can gift and relive, and help you personalise and add meaning to your images.
Just as we place great emphasis on the quality of our products, we value motivated employees in the same way. We believe that happy, fairly paid employees produce the best results. That’s why we offer our employees generous employee benefits that go beyond what you might expect to see on the market.
As a forward-looking employer, we create the ideal conditions for a motivating and performance-oriented work environment. Regardless of whether you work with us in Zurich or Kreuzlingen or from your own home – we offer you attractive benefits as well as the most up-to-date work tools. Our modern offices and production sites are conveniently located and easily accessible. Our sites that take a little longer to reach by public transport have parking spaces available. It goes without saying that we provide you with your daily dose of caffeine, and ensure you don’t go hungry either with FELFEL. At our legendary New Year’s party, we’ll make a toast together in a laid-back setting.
ifolor is 100% Swiss – and that’s true for every step of the production process. We use state-of-the-art technology to produce custom photo products in Kreuzlingen.
As an e-commerce company, our marketing and online specialists are indispensable. In addition to online and performance marketing specialists, we also employ people as graphic designers, content managers, programmers and more. Since we are a multinational company, our staff are also made up of different nationalities and speak different languages.
In addition to our websites in seven different languages, we develop software applications and mobile Apps for smart phones and tablets. The photo book software (WinDesigner and MacDesigner) is continually being further developed and improved by our software development teams. Our customers, as the users of this software, make ifolor also a genuine software provider. In addition to completely in-house development we also cooperate with external SW development partners.
Dedicated employees could not be more important for ifolor. The right qualifications and a high level of commitment are therefore key deciding factors for success, as well as for the company's future growth and development. That’s why we are constantly challenging and promoting our employees based on their skills, performance and potential.
We offer performance-based remuneration, flat hierarchies with creative freedom, and of course opportunities for self-development.
We work in bright, open-plan offices in order to promote communication and transparency between all areas.
If you would like to be part of our team, don't hesitate to get in touch with us – even if there aren’t any appropriate positions being advertised at the moment.
