ifolor Designer

The ifolor Designer is the design software from ifolor that you can download for Windows and Mac free of charge from our website. When using the ifolor Designer, you can easily create your photo products offline, save them and carry on designing and working on your photo products at any time. In addition, the software offers you even more design options and features than the online Design Editor on the ifolor website. You can create, for example, your own layouts and text formatting and save them as templates to use them again and so much more.

On the ifolor Designer home page, you will find all product categories clearly listed – from photo books to photo gifts and greetings cards. Here you can select your desired product directly and get started with the design. The "My projects" tab takes you to your personal overview. Next to this tab, you will also find a link for the help centre, where you can find answers to frequently asked questions about ifolor Designer. At the top right of the homepage, you will see your shopping basket and the settings symbol, which will take you to the basic settings, where you can choose your shipping country and change different settings.

Depending on the photo product, there are different templates that consist of image and text placeholders. These will help you get inspired and make it possible for you to design your product quickly. In the ifolor Designer, you can also easily place your photos on the photo product using drag and drop and align them as you like without having to insert additional picture placeholders beforehand. You can just as easily remove photos and placeholders with one click. You can create colourful collages in no time or, for example, try and change different photos for the design.

You don’t need to spend time scrolling and searching for what you are looking for, you can easily find all the available formats, sizes, layouts, page numbers, etc. for each of our products. Select the desired options for your chosen photo product and then edit it with just a few clicks.

On the top toolbar under “My projects” you can find all the photo products that you have already saved. Here you can continue working on recently edited photo products or add and modify older projects and reorder completed projects. The overview also shows you which products have already been ordered and which are in your shopping basket.
