Distinguished new addition to ifolor’s Board of Directors

Two new, outstanding entrepreneurial personalities are joining ifolor’s Board of Directors: Lea-Sophie Cramer, co-founder of “Amorelie”, and Florian Teuteberg, co-founder and CEO of “Digitec Galaxus”, are now part of the board.

Since mid-July, two inspiring personalities who symbolise innovative entrepreneurship in the digital age have been part of ifolor’s Board of Directors: Lea-Sophie Cramer (“Amorelie”) and Florian Teuteberg (“Digitec Galaxus”). Both have had a decisive influence on their respective industries and online retail with their start-ups.

ifolor Chairman of the Board Philipp Schwarz, whose father once founded the family business, and his son, CEO Hannes Schwarz, are extremely pleased about the new additions: “We are convinced that, with these two highly successful entrepreneurial personalities, our Board of Directors will gain a very valuable enrichment in the interest of the continued prosperous development of our company in the future.”

Lea-Sophie Cramer, born in Berlin in 1987, is co-founder and former CEO of “Amorelie”, one of the best-known German-speaking brands in the field of love toys. Until the beginning of 2020, the 33-year-old was still CEO of “Amorelie”, but has since withdrawn from the operational business. Cramer became known to a wider audience last year as a jury member on the start-up TV show “Das Ding des Jahres”, produced by Stefan Raab for Pro7. Lea-Sophie Cramer on her new commitment: “ifolor is a strong brand for emotional products that are sold directly to end customers. Further expanding these strengths and helping to develop the brand, products and markets motivates me greatly.”

Florian Teuteberg, born in 1978, founded “Digitec” at the age of 21 while still studying mechanical engineering; within just a few years, it became Switzerland’s leading electronics provider. After building “Galaxus” into Switzerland’s leading online department store, the merger with Migros to form “Digitec Galaxus AG” followed in 2012, where he remains CEO today. ifolor is delighted that the CEO of the Swiss electronics market leader is now contributing to the Swiss photo product market leader. Teuteberg is also full of anticipation: “ifolor is a Swiss company with a long and successful history. Continuing this story together with the committed team in Switzerland and abroad is extremely exciting to me,” says the Zurich entrepreneur.
