ifolor awarded two certifications

Ifolor AG has been certified for the first time since April 2018 according to the new ISO 9001:2015 and in accordance with the guidelines of the GoodPriv@cy® data protection quality seal. Certification partner SQS reviewed the integrated management system in a two-day audit in March of this year and subsequently issued the certificates confirming conformity with the standards.

“We are proud to have successfully completed our recertification and maintenance audits without interruption since 1994 according to ISO 9001 and since 2003 according to the requirements of the GoodPriv@cy® data protection quality seal,” says ifolor Quality Manager Andreas Schmidt.

SQS, the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems, was responsible for the review. The internationally valid certificates issued by an independent body confirm ifolor’s successful activities in delivering high-quality photo, gift and wall decoration products to its customers every day. The company perfects its measures for continuous improvement day after day. Regulated processes and highly trained employees guarantee photo experiences at the highest level. “For us, the customer and their requirements are at the heart of our work every day,” says Hannes Schwarz, member of the executive board, adding: “The successful certification according to the current standard requirements shows that we are on the right track to understanding and fulfilling our customers’ wishes and concerns.”

Data protection is ifolor’s most important assetThe GoodPriv@cy® data protection quality seal is awarded for exemplary implementation of data protection and the associated information security. “Data protection is very important at ifolor; after all, our customers entrust us with their most beautiful moments, captured in images, from which we create products that make those captured moments come alive again,” says Hannes Schwarz.

Both certifications, ISO 9001:2015 and GoodPriv@cy®, are valid for 3 years. A maintenance audit takes place annually, followed by a recertification audit after 3 years.
