Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the format and type of photo book during the design process via the website. We recommend that you use the ifolor Designer to design your photo book. In our design program you can adjust all properties during the design process. The program is available free of charge.

You can add pages to the book in the editor. Below the pages overview you will find the "Add pages" icon, which you can press to add pages. From the same place, you can also delete pages if you want.

You can easily move pages using drag & drop: Click on the desired page with your mouse and drag it to the new position. Release the mouse button to drop the page there.

You can find the products you have saved by logging in and selecting the heading "My products". It is possible to save all projects online for 90 days. You can extend the storage time by editing the saved product and saving it again. Note! Does not apply to digital photos.

You can only save your photo book on the website if you have a login. The photo book will then be stored for 90 days. Each time you edit or save your photo book, the 90-day period will start over again.
Yes, provided you have a login and have saved your photo book. You can then log in via the ifolor website as normal and continue editing your saved products.
Either you have not saved the photo book or the 90-day period has expired, in which case the photo book will be permanently deleted for data protection reasons.

Please check the following points to resolve upload issues:

  • Check the file format: Make sure your images are in JPEG/JPG/PNG format. If necessary, convert the files to this format – be sure to follow the correct procedure and use appropriate programs such as Photoshop, GIMP, or online converters with format options.

  • Try a different browser: Attempt the upload using another browser, e.g., Google Chrome.

  • Check your internet connection:

    • If you're on Wi-Fi, restart your router.

    • If possible, connect your computer directly to the router using a LAN cable.

  • Refresh the page: Press Ctrl + F5 while your browser is open to fully reload the page.

  • Try again later: The error may be temporary – please try again later.

Note:
If these steps do not resolve the issue, the problem may be due to the file size of the images. In this case, your upload speed might be too low.

The resolution for the desired product is not sufficient and an optimal print result can no longer be guaranteed. Please choose a smaller product format or reduce the image placeholder for a collage, for example.

You have several options to upload your images:

1. Upload images from your computer

  • Click on “Add images” or “Upload”
  • Select the desired images from your computer
  • The images will be added directly to your project

2. Upload images from Google Photos

  • Select the “Google Photos” option
  • Sign in to your Google account
  • Choose the images you want and import them

3. Upload images from an external device via QR code

  • Select the “Upload via QR code” option
  • Scan the displayed QR code with your smartphone or tablet
  • Upload the images directly from your device and confirm your selection

Yes, you can delete your uploaded photos at any time.

  1. Open the section containing your uploaded photos.
  2. Click the trash bin icon.
  3. Select the photos you want to delete.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Important: When you delete uploaded photos, they will also be removed from any projects in which they are being used.

If photos are deleted by mistake, they can be restored within 30 days. After this period, they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
