How do I change my e-mail address for the newsletter?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to change the e-mail addresses on the newsletter mailing list. Please re-register for the newsletter with the correct e-mail address.

How do I arrange for my data and/or my Login to be deleted?

You have the right at any time to inform us that you do not wish any further processing of your data or that your data be deleted. Please contact us in writing or by email using the contact details provided below. We ask for your understanding that in certain cases where we are legally obliged, we must retain some of your data for a specific, legally defined period, and we are only allowed to delete these data afterwards. This may, for example, apply to invoice data, which we are required to retain for tax purposes. In order to comply with your request, we must also be able to clearly identify you. It may therefore be necessary for us to contact you and ask questions to prevent misuse.

You can change your email address in your customer account. Registration is required.

For how long does ifolor keep my data online?

Your order is stored in our system for 30 days from the order date before it is permanently deleted from our servers for data protection reasons.

How do I subscribe to or unsubscribe from the ifolor newsletter?

To ensure you always stay informed about the latest ifolor discounts and never miss any special offers, we recommend that you subscribe to the ifolor newsletter.

If you would like to unsubscribe from the ifolor newsletter, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the end of the last newsletter you received from us. Afterwards you will not receive any further newsletters.
