ifolor in the Selfie Museum

Last Friday, the Selfie House opened in Zurich as Switzerland’s first interactive Selfie Museum. ifolor has created its own photo corner there and ensures that all visitors can take their memories home with them in printed form after the tour.

Younger generations love presenting themselves on social media and being the first to discover unique photo spots before their friends do. This is exactly what the Selfie House, which opened on 7 February in Europaallee near Zurich main station, makes possible. Across more than 170 square metres, 13 bold and extraordinary selfie spots offer incomparable photo backdrops. This guarantees standing out in followers’ feeds. The pop-up location is open to all photo fans until 30 April at an admission price of CHF 20.

Giving the digital selfie analogue value ifolor presents a self-created photo corner in the Selfie House. Against a red-and-white pattern – fully in the brand look – all Instagram stars can have their photo taken. Two space hoppers are available as props, allowing visitors to really unleash their creativity. Anyone who then posts their pictures on Instagram under the hashtag #SelfieHouse can print their photos free of charge at the ifolor printer by the exit and receive an ifolor voucher code. Visitors thus discover that the experience becomes even more enjoyable when they can take their memories home in printed form after their museum visit. After all, even in the digital age, a printed photo offers a more sensory and valuable viewing experience than swiping from photo to photo on a phone or computer screen.
