    About us

    Ifolor is an international online service provider for personalised photo products for end consumers (B2C).

    Our range comprises attractive and high-quality photo-related products such as photo books, photo calendars, photo greeting cards, photo canvases, digital photos and various photo gifts.

    Photo products present the special moments and situations in life in an emotionally appealing way, quickly making them tangible and permanently available. They are ideal as mementos or gifts.

    From their pictures, our customers make personal and unique photo products and order these simply, conveniently, quickly and safely online. For this, ifolor offers internet and software applications with great possibilities for individualisation and design on all common terminal devices (Windows, Mac, smart phones and tablets).

    Ifolor is active in six countries: Germany, Finland, Norway, Austria, Sweden and Switzerland. Ifolor, a Swiss family company, was founded in 1961 and is the market leader in Switzerland and Finland. The company has two production sites equipped with state of the art technology - one is located at our headquarters in Kreuzlingen on Lake Constance (Switzerland) and the other is in Kerava, near Helsinki (Finland).

    Where we come from: 50 years of photographic expertise!

    The current Ifolor AG was founded in 1961 as Photocolor Kreuzlingen
    AG. Photocolor was one of the first photographic laboratories to realise
    the idea of "photo services directly to the home": we have been
    operating photo mail-order successfully since 1968.

    In 2006, market leadership in the home market of Switzerland was extended with the acquisition of Fotolabo Club SA, and European expansion was pushed forward and competitiveness increased with the acquisition of Ifi OY in Finland. In addition, the customer base of Fotolabo GmbH in Germany was adopted.

    Since October 2007, we have been trading in all our territories under the uniform brand of ifolor. With this concentration on a single brand name, we are not only increasing our competitiveness, but also raising the speed of innovation for new products. Our activities are always focussed on benefit to the customer.

    In order to be able to deliver the best possible quality, we adhere to the following principles:

    1. We use the most modern technologies and production machinery.
    2. Our top specialists with ifolor special training work with dedication to ensure permanent quality optimisation of your photos and photo products.
    3. We have ourselves regularly audited and certified by external auditing offices, for quality assurance, data privacy and environmental protection.
