When will I receive my prints?

We usually deliver your photos on KODAK Royal glossy paper within one to two days straight to your letterbox, with the invoice enclosed.













How long will it take for me to receive my photo products?

Can I also send photos to my friends and relatives?

If you enter two different addresses for the delivery and the bill, we deliver the order directly to the address you specify. We then send the bill to our customer, i.e. directly to you. This is a great way to delight others while sparing yourself the bother of mailing a second time. An ideal choice when things have to go quickly.













Can I include written text along the edge of a photo?

In digital imaging 3% of the image height and width of your photo is cropped. If you want to add written text to a photo, make sure it is not exactly along the edge.













Why are photos and Photo Products in imaging and print different?

Photos and Photo Products are produced in different production processes involving different color spaces; photos = RGB (Red-Green-Blue), Photo Products = CMYK (Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-BlacK).
If you compare the two processes, you may notice that the outcome is different. To provide our customers with optimum photo quality for Photo Products as well, we run an automatic image quality enhancement process prior to printing.













Can I make any changes once an order has been submitted?

No. All our orders are processed automatically and can no longer be modified once they have been placed.













Can I place follow-up orders for photo products?

Yes, the photo products can be re-ordered within 25 days of the initial order. Simply submit your follow-up order by e-mail (service@ifolor.ch). All we need is your customer number and the order number of the PhotoCalendar or PhotoBook (which can be found on the back of the PhotoCalendar or PhotoBook) and the quantity required.













Can I order different photo products at the same time?

No. At present we cannot process mixed orders for different photo products in one order.

Exception: With sets of postcards or greeting cards, photoposters and calenders you can order up to nine different motifs in a single order.
