1. Legal basis
We collect and process data using automatic data processing equipment in compliance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act.
2. Acquisition of data
We only process rightfully obtained data, i.e. personal customer data and photos which you have provided to us, and data relating to the orders placed with us.
3. Commensurability
Our data processing is commensurable and in good faith, i.e. we process only such data as is required for the professional handling of your order, the statistical evaluation of our web site, the improvement of our range of products and our services.
4. Data accuracy
If we have doubts about the accuracy of the data made available to us, we will verify its accuracy. If you notice that the data we have processed is inaccurate or no longer up to date, you are entitled to ask us to rectify your data immediately and at no cost.

7. Use of web analytics tools
We care as possible for a user friendly and efficient design of our website. In order to better understand the way our website is used, we apply Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). An application to register our database has not been submitted to the Swiss Federal Data Protection Officer.
9. Termination of data processing
You have the right to notify us in writing at any time that you do not wish us to process your personal data any longer. The image files and the data relating to all other photo products will automatically be deleted on completion of your order.
10. Jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all legal action for infringement of the provisions of the Data Protection Act is Kreuzlingen, Switzerland.
